I like San Francisco, assuming they can survive tonights game. Should be a great game and if they survive, like the top San Francisco starters.

Admittedly, I'm a bit biased, but I worry that the Cubs peaked too early.  I usually like a team that had a good surge into the playoffs like the Mets and Giants.  I'm going with the Giants over the Rangers.

I'm going out on a limb and saying the cubs finally win this year.  Their starting five is rock solid and they have plenty of offense to back it off.

The Cubs are historically great.....picking another team is just not logical. Odds are, a different team will win, but that's because there are so many other teams.

It's not logical to pick any other team, but it would be logical to pick the field over any one team including the Cubs :-)

What really got my goat wasn't the thrown beer. That happens. There are idiots everywhere. It was the entire stadium booing showalter and Jones afterward. Go blackbirds.

 

Beer would have been better...it was a water bottle! C'mon guys!

Buck has the possible Cy Young award winner throw 0 pitches in an extra inning game win-or-go-home game. Their fate can really be put in that thought right there.

Heart of the Jays order up in the bottom of the 11th, with your big boppers up in the top half of the 12th and Britton doesn't see the field because it's not a "save".

The Blue Jays fans make it very difficult to cheer for them to succeed... I enjoy passion and cheering loud as much as anyone. As soon as you put a player in danger by throwing a beer at him, I'm out.

Didn't stay up late enough to watch the end, but holy hell is right... Buck decided to go with Ubaldo Jimenez, he of the 5.44 ERA, over Britton and his 0.54 ERA?!
