Speaking of bands.... Green Day released a new song today. haven' heard it yet, at work and all.....but the album is supposedly a throw back, and political...

 

I know a lot of people don't like them, but I do.

Bravo, Eduardo Escobar. He's got the arm to pitch, and you could see he felt no pressure, flipping the ball around, very relaxed. The hitters couldn't sit on a zone, just swing at anything near. Good example of "effectively wild."

Nothing like using six pitchers it the first game of a doubleheader. This is where you really miss Drew Butera.

 

How is he not a relief pitcher and a 3rd catcher at this point in his career?

Speaking of which. Into each day a little rain must fall. This morning the local gas utility cut the fiber optic cable for everything but the Delta reservations computers. The game wasn't on tv anyway, so I figured what the Hey. So did I miss anything? How did the boys do? Berrios blow em away? Dozier re-do that HR? Where's Circus Boy when I need him? :)

Okay ... the game thread for the night game of the double -header begins here. Forget the first game. Okay, so, it happened, and a little rain won't erase it from the books or from our memories, but it's a new game. The sun may not have come out, but it's tomorrow. No carrying the baggage from earlier today into the next. This is the line and I've drawn it. It's onto the next.

I'm confused. Didn't Milone go to the pen? Who's he replacing in the lineup?? Come on brain work.. It was only like a week ago..

Before you go for expensive treatment at a discreet facility, I think I can help. This is the Twins! Trying to remember what happened last week, or yesterday is an exercise in both futility and aggravation! :)
