Now we just need a recipe, and a good cook, eh?

Recipe for a good thread:

- One old person (preferably a Chief of some kind)
- a bag of marshmallows

- 1 large alligator

- a dash of serial killing

- 3 tablespoons of regret for following RiverBrian's lead

What else am I missing?

I had this thought while on a conference call this afternoon:

If they were to make a Nunez bobble head, would they make it with his batting helmet on? Batting helmet almost falling off his head? Or a helmet that falls off when you bobble it?

Must have been a very important conference call.

I just returned from the great state of Florida.  Good thing we aren't playing down there or we would be paddling between bases.  No point in calling off a game for rain between these two teams...mud would make for a great enhancement to the game.

That's a good idea Van. I think the bobble head would have a hat on that is spring loaded and if you push a little button on the back on Nunez's head the hat would eject from his head.

Some Molly Hatchet playing Flirtin' with Disaster in the background.

"I'm travelin' down that lonesome road

Feel like I'm dragging a heavy load
Yeah, I've tried to turn my head away
Feel about the same most every day

You know what I'm talking about, baby"

Seems pretty appropriate for Molly's situation.

And it just so happens that Molly Hatchet is from Florida.

It was a training call on the new software the company installed. Really riveting stuff.

Let me guess: "Our software is a turnkey solution" with "seamless integration" for "efficient management of company resources."

Now that's a bobble head worth keeping!

The helmet is added collector value. Have to figure that in 20 years, most of the bobble heads will no longer have helmets. I can see the eBay listing already.

Were you on the same call?! There's nothing that loses my interest more than listening to corporate jargon. You could tell the man was reading line for line off of a script on how this software's going to be GREAT!

The software rivets things together?

Sounds like high tech robot stuff to me.

By not paying attention, you're losing out on all the synergy that this new software creates.

I'm not sure the bonds of "We all hate the new software" are a good way to team build.

This new software's going to streamline your entire day! Now before we "go live", let's "circle back" and "pinpoint" how you can "ping" your clients in one easy "process"
