I swear to God.

I've been a Twinkie fan since I was 6, back in 1965.

Played peewee ball, and all the rest, even old man ball in LA in the 2000's-  and we all know how wacky that can get.

I have never seen the like.  Never.

And I'm glad we came out on the plus side of a play like that---

It's almost like the Twins woke up when they reached Seattle.

Maybe it was the Starbucks

Wow.   Great win!

That said,  how the H3LL do you not challenge the arm of a rookie 3rd baseman with 6 weeks in right field,  but then end up with that kind of Dan Gladden Academy of Aggressive Base Running play to end the game?

Not a stellar game for the Twins from what I saw,  but if they can't play well,  having the other team play worse is a welcome change of pace.

Win streak at 3 and counting!

What was cool was Dozier watching the runner at third as he chased the runner back to first. That was some heads up baseball.

Right on schedule for ice cream.

Five minutes to spare.    Get that extra scoop.    You earned it with the fearless act of letting Kevin Jepsen set the tone for the end of your day.

Twins fielders tiring of Jepsen, take matters into their own hands :)

Jepsen got a save and only retired the first batter. Now there's one for the trivia books.

Did anyone see how pumped Molly was running out of the dugout? That's the kind of unlikely win that can turn the season around... well, at least make it all more palatable. (And we didn't even need the Terry's secret weapon, Rex, to clinch things).

If any Mariners fans need  material on how to express themselves after witnessing a loss like that, I invite you to peruse the archived Game Threads.

I assure you, you will find something that captures  your feelings.

I saw the same thing and was just going to post it too.  Molly was fired up.

Nice to see some emotions from those guys.

The only downside is that somehow the brain trust will convince themselves Jepsen came in and locked it down.

Jepsen's game FIP/xFIP- 6.07/7.67

Wow, what an ending-  I'm 'liking' all post-game posts, sort of virtually, since I'm outta 'like bullets.'

Reflections-

Sad for Zuke to go down like that again, but the only silver lining there is Molly's now going to be FORCED to play Centeno.

Somebody, please, God, anybody, get that closer role, but Jepsen.  Give him the 7th, or even the 8th, and put Abad in there for now.  (Although if Jeps pitches then, there probably won't be anything left to save).

Good D and good fire by Dozier in the late innings.  Put him back in the lineup right away, but NOT IN THE GODFORSAKEN 2 HOLE!!!

And- what a treat to enjoy nearly a whole game with the TD crowd today.

Cheers!  (drains last of growler, smashes bottle into laptop in victory-  after posting this)
