Question:  What's the biggest upside to this really sad season?  Just curious if there is anything I can hope for or if there is a silver lining somewhere.

Idk what the stats say, but it sure seems like Centeno is worse at blocking the balls in the dirt compared to Suzuki.

 

Uhh, yes, that's at least one reason he was only 4th on the depth chart to start the season

Heh.   You'd think,  but I got my slow learner's permit over 30 years ago.

 

The 2011-2014 Twins were the beer-aided viewing Twins.    The 2016 edition needs a bit stronger blend:

The only reason I remembered the play was that it seemed totally precious that the Royals thought the Twins might mount a more serious scoring challenge than two on,  one out later in the game.
