So yeah...Gibson plus a couple minor leaguers, not including Sano, and not having to take back salary, seems like it would've been in Colorado's zone of expected return.

Are we sure Colorado didn't want Reyes? They talked to Toronto about him multiple times. Given the way that franchise is run, I wouldn't take anything for granted.

so yeah, the Dozier caught stealing was absolutely brutal.

 

Bad jump, it was a pitchout, and the shortstop was putting out his cigarette as he bent down to tag Dozier out.

 

Dozier was yelling into the dugout as he jogged back. Teams have a "do not steal on this pitch!" sign, and Twins coaches need to learn when to use it!
