Last game before the All-Star Break …. A win today would put the Twins at 49-40 or .551.   Who’d a thunk it?  (Or dreamed it?)   First up, the weather and line-ups: Gametime Forecast: 82°F • Mostly Cl

Okay, here's a picture of the place that I think I was most viscerally impressed with in Ravenna. It's called the Basilica of San Vitale. It's a sixth century octagonal basilica from after the Byzanti

Sano goes yard today......book it.

How good has this kid been? Remarkable maturity at the plate, I know he'll have a down spell eventually but I don't know where anyone is going to find a consistent hole to keep attacking him. That AB where he doubled off the wall yesterday was downright Miggy like.

Well that didn't take long.

We're gettin' pretty good at this, eh?

Nice, controlled swing by Miguel Sano. Don't hit it too hard, so you don't hurt the fans in the first deck.

I'm noticing that Sano's swing is not pull-power only. With that swing, he can barrel it up on lots of different pitches. Sano is going to hit home runs to all fields.

Mistake pitch to Sano - planted.

That was perhaps the worst Curve Ball I've seen in quite some time. If Sano would have used his legs on that Swing.. It would have landed 15 Rows back in the upper deck.

That swing was just upper body. Sano is plenty Strong!!!

Bacon does well in a 350 oven on parchment paper. The lower the temp. the less shrinkage you get.

Next time I will... Or else I'm getting my Bacon at JB's or your house.

And if you hate art, you are also wrong. They've got stuff here that'll knock your socks off.

I like my socks.  Is that wrong too?

I've been to Venice a couple of times, Rome once, but I'd love to live in Italy for an extended period.
