Remember how the Twins responded last year after the big trade event. They came out more aggressive, running the bases, hitting, and pitching. They took what the front office did as an insult to them, and they were very competitive for several weeks there. Would be nice to see a repeat of that starting tomorrow.

Very true - iirc they actually had a very narrow window to getting back into the wild card race when they went to play the Yankees, Of course we know what happened then.

I read somewhere that bringing up Jenkins on the 10th would make him still eligible as a rookie next year and they would not lose a year of eligibility.  ..not sure if that is correct...but.
