Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Morris and Gomez the top 2 bullpen options get L’s in back to back days. Building bullpens are tough. Should have kept Varland who has been quoted by a poster here to be worth an extra 5 wins last year after the trade deadline. Hunter4848 and ashbury 1 1
tony&rodney Old-Timey Member Posted August 2 Posted August 2 The Twins get a day off tomorrow and reset. By tomorrow night they will know that the trades are not a thing. The team will win or lose with the guys in the organization. I'm feeling better about this team than any team since 2019, which was a year with Manfred's superball. No biggie here, though def something worth keeping an eye on with these late-season series Patzky 1

Peter Verified Member Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Hate to say it but comeback meant nothing-how on earth do they recover from this!!!! We needed to win this! Now it’s 4 game hole with absolute must must must wins against royals/brewers. It’s imperative to come back from road trip over.500 have feeling this is nail in coffin to season 🤬😤👎😡💩🤮 Hunter4848 and Church of Kreidler 1 1

h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted August 2 Posted August 2 So easy for a 2-1 series win to be a 1-2 series loss. That is why just thinking series wins is not gonna do it. Currently Astros and Boston streaking and taking over wild card births. Well, Houston the division, so wild card still in play. Church of Kreidler 1
