    Agree. And he really is not “The raw talent that made him the top pick in the draft is still present,”, anymore. He is having to figure out who he is after so many injuries that forced this change.

    Maybe somebody already comment on this. The K% is highlighted, but I think folks should also look at the BABIP. I would not be opposed to playing him, or trading him.

    How about Stephen Gonsalves? In 2015 he split between A and A+. 13 - 3 with 134.1 IP. ERA of 2.01 SO of 132 BB of 53 WHIP of 1.102 I know nobody wants this comp. I agree with jmlease1 that it is good to be skeptical of A ball stats. Too easy just to overpower young hitters.

    Of course scapegoating is nothing new. Remember in 2022 when they blamed all the injuries on Michael Salazar? Fired him, after throwing him under the bus, hired Podesta(sp?). Had a good year with many accolades for him, then the next year lots of injuries yet again. But, by then, 2024, we were moving up the food chain sacking those at fault!!:)
