SteveLV Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 For the love of the Almighty let's have an honest assessment of this roster after this weekend and MAKE SOME CHANGES. Dump all the old wood, make Larnach a DH only against righties, bring up some young players and that would at least keep SOME interest in the team. This rogue's gallery of ineptitude is un-watchable. NO MORE RETREADS. Mike Sixel and HarmonK03 2

Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I would say this about Plouffe's defense of Larnach. I would bet that Plouffe is speaking from his own experience of feeling lost when he could not see the ball on what should have been an easy out from his playing day. He knows the play should have been made. Rather than just straight running the guy down, he gives a little grace in suggesting that the high skies does make the ball hard to spot. Larnach isn't the first, nor will he be the last guy to lose a a ball in the sun. Church of Kreidler, Twindy and jaimedude 1 2
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I'd say Bell is due but let's just hope for Providence.

My issue wasn’t the first ball, thought the second one was a terrible jump and the sun wasn’t a issue… however it’s a new game and a win makes everything better. 3 minutes ago, Twindy said: Cycle watch for Kody! Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Caratini should be challenging some of these missed strikes. There was one while it was still 2-1. Another here.
