I'm most looking forward to seeing how this team can blow another lead.

We should have a pool.  Guess the inning and manner of meltdown today?

Examples....6th inning error...starter gives up 7 in 2nd inning...bullpen gives up 4 in 8th...1st and 3rd no outs no runs in the 5th.

Winner gets bragging rights.

Yankees series is all that's left to help attendance.  I imagine it will be just like the Cubs series with the road crowd and transplants drowning out the locals.  I'll go to one game, so that I can see Judge live at least once.

Once again Rocco proves they have no love for the fans.  One of the few reasons to come to a game right now is to see Buxton.  Play him at home and let him sit on the road, which is tomorrow.  You can't wait one more game to sit Buxton.

Not to mention, Byron has performance incentives, which at this point in the season is nearly all there is to play for.  I assume he's not telling the team he needs the day off.  If he misses the plate appearance incentive by one or two, costing him a half million dollars or whatever, I just don't know what to think.

I expect he will pinch hit if it's required.

Danny Coulombe joins Brock Stewart in the IL. Jax and Varland stumbling. Paddack to the pen. Willi a nonfactor. Bader and France helping playoff causes, Duran being Duran.

I miss em.

On a personal level, Paddack is going to miss a few games. He's home in Texas on bereavement leave

Yes..miss them..I also feel strongly that Varland would be performing better if he had remained in his home state. Some may disagree, but I think about players like Mauer....and those that returned to complete their careers at home....Molitor, Morris....have a connection to this area that is unique.

I also find in exciting to see Kearschall move forward in his career.

Yup me too. I don't think this poster is playing the "kickem while they're down" game, but it is a game that's played a lot on here.

Berrios is struggling too right now. Someone start a thread!

Twins should have bought at the deadline, not sold.

I always felt that Paddack would have been better as a reliever (where he is now). I do miss his swagger complete with the western wear and felt that he was a good influence....still remember him constantly fixing the homer helmet and also making sure that a person returning to the dugout received it. He may have had pitching crevices, but it may be a challenge criticizing him as a teammate and good person.

I don't have access to watching games, but I've noticed when seeing home run highlights the helmet is gone 🥺

Rain supposed to end at 7:15 , will they start on time or wait the extra half hour , it's a very light rain west of the cities  ...

I'm going to be watching 'da boys get stomped by Philly.  Cowboy fan tears are sweet.  Going to pop in on TC during breaks.
