Well, that theory definitely didn't work today.  Pretty much as I expected to be the case.

It worked.  They only scored 1.

Honestly that's slightly better than average for us lately in the nonryan tilts

I think in this case it makes sense because their best left-handed hitters start the game 1st and 3rd in the order. So you want them to face your best lefty. NOw, in general the concept not always work,

Worked perfectly

Right...could be 3-0...

Watching a few innings is my limit today.

Pohlads expect people to actually drive downtown to watch this stuff. Wonder what % are Brewers fans today?

Also how sad is it that Festa is supposed to be in the pitching pipeline but we don’t trust him enough to face the top of the brewers order? Aren’t guys like him supposed to be the cornerstones of the rotation for the future? Something isn’t adding up here.

Fire Rocco......this is a recording

I'd rather fire the owners first and then the front office. Won't happen, but it's a lot better to think about than the hot mess of a team we're dealing with now.

This makes 2 of the 3 starters in this series for the Brewers younger than both Festa and Matthews.

I sure hope buxton keeps hitting and has a good healthy season  , nice to get going with a leadoff homer but for more production he should be batting third and have someone ahead of capable to getting on base ...

Therein lies the problem.  We have very few players capable of getting on base with anything resembling a degree of consistency.

He topped out at 103.2 IP in any year in his minor league career. And the Twins expect him to step into MLB rotation

For me its hard to understand what the theory is.
