He goes out there for two masterful, scoreless innings of relief. He gives up a couple of hits, but he strikes out two, locks the Tigers completely down, earns the Win in a 2-1 thriller, and lowers his season ERA to an absolutely jaw-dropping 0.38. "Think about that for a second, baseball fans. A point-zero-eight ERA over twenty-two appearances. Meanwhile, back here in Minnesota, the bullpen doors open up every night like a revolving door at a department store, letting in whatever warm body happens to be available.

    Lewis has swung at 15 of 16 pitches. Last three were way off the plate. Why throw a hittable pitch? It's like Lewis is begging to be sent down.

    Wow....never seen such a negative comment thread....is there any hope in Minnesota? Twins: Dead last in the AL Central (16-23) and plummeting toward 32nd in MLB. Wild: Blew the future for one series win; now getting humbled by Colorado. Vikings: Burn through draft picks like they’re seasonal flyers. Wolves: Winning now, but still statistically the "worst" winning % in sports history.... actually....just improved to 127 of 128.

    Twins are sliding, currently 27/32. The only question is how long will it take to make it home? The 3rd coach has frantically waved us home, we're halfway there already and there will be no play at the plate.
