Hearing proper commentary makes you realize how bad Morneau is.

Morneau is a company man.  Especially with batters.

At some point you have to do something with Lewis.

The consequences of rushing him through his rehab assignment. Now it’s gonna take an option to send him back to the minors - even though we all see he’s not healthy yet.

He is broken at the plate and half chased a foul ball earlier that Jeffers chased down

The Wallner thing is weird. But it sounds like he’s finally boarding a flight tomorrow to Seattle?

Maybe everyone can save a little face, and Royce can make an IL visit with discomfort of something.  A 10-day IL visit with up to 20 days of rehab.  Maybe that will be enough time to work out some kinks.

That should be the final straw.

I think the brass decided to let Lewis play injured.

Miranda or Julien are not going to replace him. Going by the AAA numbers it would have to be Gasper.

I can’t explain to you how big they were if you were 14 or 15 years old when they were at their peak

They’re also terrific seeing live. I’ve seen them twice and both were unique and great!

They struck a chord with an angsty 8th grader for sure
