1. Why don't i think any more? It takes effort, as most good things do. But it might give me more to talk about here.

2. The Yankees. Oh right. Maybe i don't like to think about how many times the Ynakees have won it all. Or how much they have earned by winning it all. Or... I would know what to think about, but that requires thinking.

3. Why do they call it bootstrapping. And what is it they call bootstrapping. I long ago disavowed ankle support, so i don't rightly know.

4. Sausage! You can get that on a Pizza, like pepperoni or meatballs. How is that different from wurst, or hot dogs?

It is certainly a common and understandable occurrence, but i don't think it is a defining attribute.

 

It is theoretically possible for a thread to be about the game without it.

3rd is NOT Center Field or even closely related.

Castro in Center is a redux of Gordon's days there.

Having driven cross country, a couple hundred feet is close. Same ballpark, anyway.

 

And third is more complex. You might have to cover a base?

 

But otherwise, catch the ball, throw the ball describes both positions pretty well.

I went to a local 70's R&B Music Fest this past weekend. It was fun, until this cover band came on and played "Shining Star," "Boogie Wonderland," and "Mighty Mighty." The place had to be evacuated.

They set off the Earth, Wind & Fire alarm.
