on the Baltimore broadcast they interviewed Mullins and ask him how he explains how well they do with two strikes. His answer was try not to do much, put in a good swing and keep the train moving. Is that the same answer the Twins give?

Gameday has Jax throwing 3 consecutive changeups the last two being in the middle of the plate.   Is that on Jeffers or Jax?

Guess it depends. If Jax is shaking off other pitches and going with the changeup, then it's on him - both selection and location. If Jeffers is calling for it and Jax serves up a meatball, its on both of them.

Jax. Regardless of what a catcher may call (and Jeffers doesn’t really give you a target, always moving his glove), it is a pitcher’s final decision.

Mistakes my ass. These pitchers think they can throw it down the middle and their stuff will play.  Can’t be mistakes. They do it all the time.

OTHER teams do that to Minnesota; sadly not the other way around.
