Yup. I guess we have to add checked swings to the list of injury-inducing plays we don't want the Twins to try. Even Buxton hasn't to my recollection gotten injured on a called strike,

Santana had an .800 ops against lefties last year. You can’t  say that about any  twins player last year

I didn't realize until Royce's injury that a strain is actually a muscle tear, I always thought it was just a worse pulled muscle, hearing grade 2 strains like his is up to half the muscle tissue torn was quite the surprise

CC is more than likely going IL, and depending on the severity of the strain, he could be gone a month or more. We're in deep trouble. The injuries are just killing us. Somehow, we have to play .500 ball until guys start to come back.
