It's the Brewers' Home Opener. Maybe the Twins can spoil two home openers in a week.

Also, I usually don't check stats versus a starting pitcher, but Junis has been batting practice for the starting lineup for the Twins. 31 for 78 with six homers and eight strikeouts.

I would assume that they will close the roof, and that it likely has been closed due to the several days of recent rain.

I do like the way Varland just gets the sign and throws. If he goes six or seven the game won't go two and a half hours.
