Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Tony Batista was the starting 3B for 50 something games on one of my favorite Twins teams of all time. He was not the reason the 2006 Twins did well. USAFChief and nclahammer 2
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2023 Author Posted October 18, 2023 Who was 2nd on the 2017 Twins leaderboard for pitching appearances? This very happy guy right here! Twins legend Matt Belisle. nclahammer and USAFChief 2
Not Greg Gagne Verified Member Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Michael Restovich is a big what-if guy for me. Today's game, especially with the universal DH, seems like a great fit for him. Vanimal46, USAFChief, big dog and 1 other 4

Brandon Verified Member Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Matt Shoemaker. The guy was soo bad but he had to be kept because the 6-9 starters were all injured in AAA at the time. or on the positive note JA Happ who also crashed after a few good weeks was traded for half the cost of Taylor our CF this year. Not Greg Gagne Verified Member Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Here is one of my favorite time killers if you want to walk a path down memory lane. Post your score. Rules: First try, no googling except for the spelling of one catcher and one first baseman's name.

I lol'ed at 9/12th's comment. Then after I settled down and had a sip of morning coffee I scrolled down to your topper and lol'ed again. Quote Post your score. Oh my OMG. No. Just no. Put me down for a zero. I'm not subjecting myself to that. Someday I will be diagnosed with Alzheimers*. And my wife will ask, "how'm I supposed to tell the difference from before?" * my apologies to anyone triggered by joking about the subject. My mom died of it. I was doing so well until you had to bring him up again. There goes the rest of the year. I can still here Provus hyping him for leading the bullpen in jumping jacks and I am flying off the couch.
