I think Chicago is too broken to actually make a run at the Central, but if they do, it will be because of these three games, getting Tim Anderson back, Liam Hendricks is done with chemo and back in the house, etc.

PS, I’m glad to see some well timed small ball

FFS Miranda. That's not a big league AB.

Rocco needs to do a butt chewing on him like TK and Gardy would do….

but one more reason he won’t win….ever

Good AB Miranda.  Watch a hittable pitch and swing at one a mile outside and two miles high for the SO.  They gotta get past this being dumb and unlucky streak.

The huge 9th inning comeback on Sunday brought them back to life. They were dead with a capital D before that.

Pitching Change: Jovani Moran

In Play, No Out

More efficient than his usual walks. He’s speeding up the game!

Hard for me to think that's any kind of change.

I’m just flabbergasted by the minuscule collective baseball IQ of this team.  They make so many bad decisions.

Wasn't that Gallo's spot?

Pinch hit for Gallo and the HR hitter in the 6th inning of a tie game…leading off the inning yet…when the only other lefty the opponent has in the bullpen has never thrown a major league pitch. All while probably weakening the defense.

Bazaar. That’s the nice way of saying it.

Every crap team gets better against this mismanaged team….see Nats, Marlins, White Sox…,

just lucky we play in an absolutely s”it division

Last night would have been a good opportunity to stomp their hearts out too

Obviously, a tie game!

I was expecting it to become a blowout on Pagan's watch, but surprise surprise.

I wondered if that was where you were going with that, but I couldn't find a joke to go with that take so you got the mediocre slop you got instead!🤣

Really blew it in the 7th

I wasn't impressed with giving up a 3 run dong bottom 1 either.
