wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Author Posted June 28, 2022 Larnach's surgery went well this morning according to the radio crew.
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 At 74 pitches, I have to think Smeltzer goes out for the 6th. The question is if Rocco lets him go out for the 7th, assuming he's somwehere between 85 and 90 pitches. I think today he will.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Author Posted June 28, 2022 Nice inning there for Smeltzer.

With Winder going in the nightcap, it would seem prudent to save the pen as much as you can.

big dog Verified Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 I still maintain that one run won’t win this game, but I’m not willing to bet nearly as much money on that.

Irishman Verified Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Will it be another no runs for Twins again?
umterp23 Verified Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Offense currently is offensive. Missed great opportunity in the 1st inning to set the tone and now we are through 6 innings swatting at the baseball

RpR Verified Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Amazing as badly as the Twins are whiffing, Smeltzer has really had Cleveland whiffing more and the Twins may lose one to zero with out a home run.
