Not a doctor, but I do watch a lot of sports, and that looks like an achilles just blew out...

If that’s as bad as I fear it is, Lewis will be starting at third for the rest of the year when he gets back.

Years ago, an injured guy would hobble off the field, with some help.  He'd sit it in the dugout through the rest of the game.  He'd end up with a high ankle sprain and miss, a game or two.   Now the guy is rushed to hospital for x-rays, leg wrapped in a full cast, and put on the IL.  He's out for some time from playing.  He goes through healing, rehab, and a series of games (minor league level).  Every time he has a little down time, the leg injury provides him an excuse for the rest of season .  His dancing and drinking after games takes the biggest hit.

Not sure why Arraez isn't hitting 2nd specifically for a situation like that. I would take him over Polanco with a runner on 2nd with 2 outs any day.
