I’m going to be on the road tomorrow, so I don’t know if I’ll be able to join the Game Thread, but if Kepler plays, he’ll tie Mike Blowers for third among games played by those born in Germany. He also recently passed Blowers for third in RBIs (or RsBI, if that’s your grammatical preference. He trails Glenn Hubbard and pre-1900s Bill Kuehne in both. In WAR, he trails only Hubbard and a pre-1900s pitcher, good old Pretzels Getzein. 

(By the way, Chief, did you get a chance to see either Kuehne or Getzein in action?)

Only needs to face one if it ends the inning. I think if he starts the next inning, he has to go at least 2 more, though.
