I don’t really care if the catcher has a high BA. I’d like a catcher who is actually okay behind the plate. That’s not Astudillo. No way I go with him as my back up catcher over Castro.

I think the umpires can only challenge a call themselves after the 7th (if a team has already used a challenge). Managers don’t have unlimited challenges after the 7th

Castro v Astudillo? Well, Castro stopped hitting in September. Really stopped hitting. Astudillo hasn't hit well this month either but he at least makes contact. Doubt Twins will leave Castro off...but he has become an automatic out in the lineup.
