Game Thread: Twins vs. White Sox, 9/18/19 @ 6:40pm CT

[Pius Jefferson]

This is the type of effort you have the game after clinching the division.

[stringer bell]

Cleveland is going to the bottom of the ninth tied with Detroit. ESPN says Cleveland's winning percentage should be 63.5%. I'd put the chance at much closer to 90%.

[David HK]

Just took a glance at the box score. 6 innings in the books, and...

what's with all the goose eggs?

(This is an actual selfie I just took. I really look like this).

****in' White Sox are going no hit the Twins tonight. Just not the boys' night.

[FlauerPauer]

Jinx works!!!

[Pius Jefferson]

Cleveland's got a runner on second with two outs.

[Bomba2026]

Gotta say it.......release the Rally Squirrel!

[operation mindcrime]

It's nice to see we finally got a hit!

[FlauerPauer]

The problem with Eddie, we only need a single and he's swinging for the fences...

[FlauerPauer]

EDDIE!

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Eddie!

[PDX Twin]

I'll take the single, but it sure seems like that could have been fielded by a 2b with decent range.

Are you the one?

[Bomba2026]

Did the Sox pitcher just get a flu shot?

[operation mindcrime]

5.2 for Jake.As expected.

That isn't worth a qualifying offer!

[David HK]

Yikes- who is this linebacker on the mound?

He looks like he should be playing for the Bears.

[FlauerPauer]

Juuuuuussssst missed it.

[operation mindcrime]

Way to go Eddie!!!!!

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Cmon Cave, base knock!

[FlauerPauer]

Come on, Caveman. Slap a single to left!

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Gotta say it.......release the Rally Squirrel!

Wait? why does it need releasing?

Who could cage the Rally Squirrel?

[FlauerPauer]

In theory Sox should be trying to lose. Whats the point of winning 70 games? They should want that top seven draft pick!

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Ok! Can Schoop bust it open?

Err Wade!

[operation mindcrime]

Good eye Cave!!!!

[Aggies7]

Why is this dude allowed to roll his sleeve up like a 1950s greaser?

[Pius Jefferson]

Who is this jerk pitching for the White Sox?

[VATwinsFan]

Ok! Can Schoop bust it open?

Apparently not.

[FlauerPauer]

Doesn't affect the release in terms of seeing the ball? Ump is afraid he might get punched? Sexian?

[Bomba2026]

Hope I'm wrong but I would have left Schoop hit...

[Bomba2026]

Nope......I was right.
