Overuse continues to be a problem with our better relievers. And it begins and ends with continued short starts. 5 innings stinks, I don’t care what year it is. And I know it’s a national league no DH game. But still. Having to keep filling 3-4 innings ib a regular basis is going to lead to having a poor reliever blowing a game or a good reliever not being sharp. Pretty simple in my mind

I don't disagree with your point. However, maybe we need some relievers who can strike batters out, especially with a defense as atrociously bad as this one has become.
