I like how he, ya know, pitches like he has a set and attacks our hitters. Nice change of pace

 

3-2 pitch he threw to Kepler was perfect, low and on the outside corner. Nice when you can hit spots like that.

This Cleveland lineup is a lot different after the deadline. They really helped themselves. They obviously miss Bauer, but overall this is a better team adding those two bats.

They traded a real good starting pitcher and STILL have at least TWO better than anyone the Twins have. Oh, and they probably get a two time Cy Young winner back in 2 weeks.

Clevinger is legit. It's crazy how he and Bieber have pitched like aces, and I haven't even mentioned Kluber.

I hear that. However, if he was being super negative it wouldn't be much fun either. Face it, when the Twins are getting slapped around, there's not much broadcasters can do to make you feel better.

Absolutely, I hate when Dick gets sullen when the team is down. He just keeps harping on “one swing away”. Not really when you’re down 4 and have had one threat in 6 innings

That would have been a great outing for Littell if he just would have saved that double for a different AB... but unlike Stashak and Stewart he did his job.
