For those watching on gameday.....wut?

Fly ball to shalllw right. Clearly grossman’s ball. Unless he didn’t call for it, Dozier had no business catching it. He knocked into grossman, negating any chance to throw out the runner at home

Dozier colided with Grossman. Not sure if Grossman was calling for it or not.

I don't think Grossman called off Dozier.

How could that even be possible at this point

That's what it looks like to me too. Dozier was doing what he should have been doing in that case. It's Grossman's ball, but he's got to call for it.

Are you sure you be sharing such personal anecdotes on a public forum?

When we were at an Irish pub in NYC last year a man and a women were near us at the bar. The man asked her if he could buy her a drink and she accepted. A little later she offered to by him a drink and he said "If I have another one I might start feeling it." She replied "If I have another one I might let you."

Dick...he continued to pitch after the "injury." If he was hurt, he wouldn't have.

How long has Dick been doing this?

There's peeing down your leg and having no chance. This makes Gophers Ohio State football look competitive. Beyond pathetic.

Back when we had truly talented teams and still lost to the Yankees, I leaned more on the “they’re scared in NY”.

This year, we just can’t touch them, talent-wise

hmm, there's a thought--hit the opposing team with a batted ball.

New approach by Molitor and company?

Anyway, I hope Mr. Gray is all right, because I sure will have egg on my face if he isn't.

Any other team in MLB could have been more competitive these 3 games than we have been. It's not a talent issue. If we were losing every game 4-3 you'd be right.

I have to disagree. You can’t get outscored 28-7 and claim a nonexistent talent gap

There is a huge talent discrepancy. Huge.

Yep, I don’t know how anyone could seriously argue other wise. Gray has been brutal for the Yankees all year and you can see why. As bad as he’s been tonight, what have we done with it? A moonshot from sano. That’s about it

Holy crap we are a terrible situational hitting team

I'm starting to believe it's a lack of baseball intelligence/passion

I'd rather see minor leaguers play their hearts out every night than watch this

Houston is still more talented than the Yankees and we won 2 of 3. It's mental.

Kepler hit a hard liner.. . What do you want? It's not about situations...

There is a talent gap. But this is baseball. Even a bad team should still win one of 3 and be competitive in one of the other two. And we're not a bad team. We are completely defeated before the game starts.

I don’t want to get too far into this argument, but I’d like to hear where on the roster you think the twins are equal or better than the Yankees?

I'm talking about the .179 BA with RISP and 2 outs... we'll see if Morrison can make me eat my words

4 2/3, 104 pitches. I feel like we should have 8 runs

Gray was ripe for the taking.  He has been awful this year
