USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Dick: "It's driven DEEP down the RF line!" Caught about 100 ft past first down the line.

Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Good job by Eduardo to plate one. Now Robbie needs to plate the second.!!!!!
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Robbie got those 10 AB under his belt and is now good to go!
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Wow — the Twins 5 through 8 hitters are batting a combined .429!
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 We’re finally stringing together some good at-bats. I’m particularly happy Sano had a productive out rather than a strikeout. Hope it’s a sign of some progression.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Robbie got those 10 AB under his belt and is now good to go! Or he used up his "1 fer 10" on the first of the next 10. I'm an optimist by nature.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Dick: "It's driven DEEP down the RF line!" Caught about 100 ft past first down the line. It cleared the infield with room to spare, so Bremer gotta make it rain up in here.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Speaking of dads, and driving...as my dad aged he got rather, uh, peculiar in his driving habits. For example, he developed a real fear of speed bumps, but I was able to help him get over it.

bighat Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 C'mon Jake, let's put up a zero after your team gives you the lead here.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Dick called a fly ball to medium center field hit by an Astro a popup. But Dozier's shorter fly ball was deep. Homer much? And may I add that I think the term popup should be reserved for a fairly high fly ball that can easily be caught by an infielder.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 That sure isn't Ben Revere out there in RF for us! Just one bounce to 2B.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 welp, I'm batching it this week, so I need to go make myself dinner. brb after I pickup the pizza.

Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Man, Twins starters struggling to throw strikes lately. Tough to watch

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Why are we nibbling to the 9 hitter
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 That opening day start for Jake seems like a long time ago
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 That sure isn't Ben Revere out there in RF for us! Just one bounce to 2B. It's just not a good sign when your throws from the outfield finish slow enough that the infielders can usually just pick them up with their throwing hand.
