70charger Verified Member Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 (edited) Garrett Cooper is making his debut today and playing first base. I am doing all in my power to be positive about this, even though I grew up with a couple of his older brothers, and they're kinda dickbags. I'll just keep reminding myself it's not his fault. Don Walcott Verified Member Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 I hope Molitor's ready to challenge some plays tonight. Since, in my experience, an Aaron Judge usually gets overturned on appeal. Joe A. Preusser, Riverbrian, jimmer and 2 others 5

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 ... Z Granite would not hit ....maybe the best justification for leaving ZG second in order is that the Twins are essentially facing a AAA-type guy tonight
mikecgrimes Verified Member Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 (edited) Hey did anyone else know hitting the ball hard is important. Imagine how good Ty Cobb and Babe Ruth could have been if only they knew. It's interesting to know exit velocity to a point but it's not as if baseball fans didn't already know who hit the ball the hardest. I don't need to hear about it every time Sano or Judge are mentioned. Edited July 18, 2017 by mikecgrimes Huddy 1

mikecgrimes Verified Member Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 That at bat looked like Byron Buxton the first week of April
70charger Verified Member Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 I'm sitting 10 rows from the field, and I must say, Aaron Judge is a behemoth of a human being. 6'7", I read. He'd look normal if Alex Meyer were pitching to him. Or, if we're thinking in other dimensions, if Bartolo Colon were pitching to him. Riverbrian, Danchat, Puckett34 and 2 others 5

mikecgrimes Verified Member Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 I'd like to know the exit velocity on that solid but not that solid single by Doizer I bet it's closer to Judge and Sano's Homeruns then you would think.
