With a normal bullpen, that's my instinct too, rather than let pitch count dictate. But with Kintzler likely not really available, I can't fault Molitor for sending him out.

JO needs major league confidence. This is a high risk high reward decision. And I like it. Let him mow down the AL champs for 8 innings.

Yeah, it's a risk either way but I think I'd prefer to see the bullpen lose this game than Berrios.
