To be fair, the rule book does say something about midpoint, "top of shoulders", etc.

I can't be mad. The Twins have enough strikes called on them, enough swings and misses, there was really a better than 30% that the next pitch would have been a legit strike three. This gets fans to Huberts a little bit faster
