Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Especially for Nolasco, amirite? I agree Even if I don't understand what amirite means.
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Ash in on a half inning delayI have no idea. I look up at the Gameday feed, see there's the homer, hit refresh on the TD page, see nothing about it there, so I post, and then above my post are messages from 5 minutes earlier. It's messin with me, I tell ya.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 please noNot crazy about whispering either. I can't hear that well. I'm not a young man anymore.
big dog Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Let's go here, Mr. Santiago. I know you use the walk as a secret weapon, but let's not get out of control here.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I agree Even if I don't understand what amirite means.I thinks it's the birth stone for September.
Jham Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Time for Hector Houdini Santiago to make an appearance... Come on deeper sabremetric analysis, be more than a fun read!
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I agree Even if I don't understand what amirite means. Teh Googlez is your friend. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=amirite

big dog Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Setting up the triple play. Press 'record' on those VCRs!
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 please no I remember that you were the first practitioner of the small type. I remember when you started many years ago. Back then... I was young enough to read it. Now I have aged to the point that I can't. I guess I can get that AARP card now.
big dog Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Bases loaded no one out please not tonkin please not tonkin please - geez Molitor is bad. Should have brought in tonkin
HitInAPinch Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Hope the bullpen is warming up
Jham Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Really good at pitching out of jams or really lucky... Now watch Nolasco become the new Houdini...

LaBombo Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 It's been great to see the Twins rebound this season, but there's one thing that still concerns me about the future of the team. It seems pretty clear to me that there's something seriously wrong with Dozier's hair. If it were any other player, it wouldn't be worth mentioning, but the hair is such a big part of Dozier's game. Sure, he's been swinging a hot bat lately, but you can't tempt fate with hair that looks like Wilson from Castaway and get away with it for long... http://f.ptcdn.info/980/042/000/o7qkbrkaoTCXcQuaEIU-o.jpg,

big dog Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Gonna be a pretty tricky triple play
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Let's go here, Mr. Santiago. I know you use the walk as a secret weapon, but let's not get out of control here.
howeda7 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 So we traded Nolasco for a left-handed version of himself and give up Meyer for the right to do it? Great.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 craphttp://cliparts.co/cliparts/gce/E4G/gceE4GxMi.jpgAcme Bullpen is a perfect description for the pen earlier this year. Things have changed some though.
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 So we traded Nolasco for a left-handed version of himself and give up Meyer for the right to do it? Great. Bullpen's got this.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I agree Even if I don't know the meaning of panache or acumen. "Acumen have a panache, girls have..." "Lunchtime, children!"
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 So we traded Nolasco for a left-handed version of himself and give up Meyer for the right to do it? Great. We didn't want to be in violation of the Rule that says you must have at least 1 lefty in the rotation.
howeda7 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 At least the guy can't steal home on Tonkin. Probably. Bullpen's got this.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 So, Santiago is on a flight back to Chile?

ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 "Acumen have a panache, grills have a china..." You've just tried to stretch a single into a triple.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 So we traded Nolasco for a left-handed version of himself and give up Meyer for the right to do it? Great. Yeah, but he's younger than Nolasco, so he can keep nolascoing leads for the Twins for years to come.
