The only thing left to happen in this game is for the bullpen to waste this great start by Nolasco.

After he finally started to come around last season, we ship him away, lose his defense and get a guy producing not enough offense to even keep pace with Suzuki. Criticism, even at this early part of the season, is certainly valid.

Where would Hicks have played?  And come to think of it, isn't Hicks hitting about the same a Murphy now?

We could really use his defense and his hit this year. I wish I could have typed the word "hits," but he has one single on the season.

I, for one, have seen enough of Hicks. His absence gives Rosario and Buxton longer leeshes and clears a path for Kepler to arrive sooner. More AB's for Arcia too. I don't believe his presence would have affected Sano's usage.

You saw enough when he finally began to produce? I would agree with you if we didn't have multiple liabilities in the outfield on a nightly basis.

Nolasco has 10 1-2-3 innings out of 19 total innings pitched.  In other news, 4 mounted figures have been spotted roaming the Earth.

Also reports of nine.

Terrifying apocalypse or darkness of Mordor, at least we'll have fond memories of Nolasco's rebound to enjoy.

At this point, is any outfielder doing enough to solidify a spot for themselves?

Heh.    Brewer outfielder was all 'I got it I got it I got it', and the ball lands in Lake Michigan.  Might want to check those scouting reports on Sano, boys.

Yeah, but these guys aren't a problem.  There's 3.5 billion women on the earth.

He had a really hot July and then fell right back off and batted .213 in August and .226 in Sept.

Career to date, he's be a plus offensive contributor for all of one month. I don't buy it.

He looks like a ballplayer. He should have all the tools. I can see why others think he'll put it together, but I don't have any faith in him doing so.

I've got a friend with an ex who can take 'em all on.   Just tell her they left the seat up and the other 3,499,999,999 can have the day off.
