Next time, could you hack TD Poster Dozier's Glorious Hair acct, and post this from his acct.  I think I would have liked it better coming from him........ unless you were to say you are his barber?  You must be his Barber.... carry on the good work sir.   :)

I prefer the term 'Hair Artisan',  but thanks.    Seeing the hair go yard makes it all worthwhile.

So the Twins have found an answer to their relief pitching woes,  which is to just score a big old pile of runs each game.

July Strib sports page story:   "Twins look to add left-handed power bat to bullpen at trade deadline".

What a fun win,  though.   First win on the road,  Twins rediscovering the long ball,  Nolasco continues to pull off the magic act,  Murphy chases LOB history....   Fun!

You saw enough when he finally began to produce? I would agree with you if we didn't have multiple liabilities in the outfield on a nightly basis.

Day games they're pretty good.

Man this team had my dander up when they couldn't score a run with the bases loaded and no outs.  It was feeling like that KC come back from earlier in the year all over again.  This time they tacked on runs later and held the opponent.  Nice job in the end.

I guess over reaction wasn't the right reaction this time.

And with that, we no longer have the worst record in baseball.... for today anyway.  Thank you Atlanta.

They haven't been answering their phone all day.    Starting to worry that something's wrong...

nope, saw he had the fastest outfield throw ever, meanwhile we are stuck with John Ryan DoublePlay

He is hitting .050 compared to Murphy's .077, so he isn't doing any better.

Oh, woe. Woke to the news about Prince. This has been a horrible year so far for artistic mortality. You need a flicker of something good, days like this. Twins win, Ricky Nolasco=stopper. It helps keep the head up, a little.

I've sometimes remarked that there have been three quintessential Minnesotans who only required one name: Hubert, Harmon and Prince. Sad that we've now lost all three.

My wife reminded me of the fourth one, and I am so ashamed. How could I forget Kirby?

I'd take another nine game losing streak and Prince 1,000 times over.

Man, I'm just so ****ing bummed about today.

Didn't 'North just get done saying, no spoilers? :)

So I don't have to watch the bullpen then?

Bonus!!

No, but see if you can figure out where everyone missed an out.

Nolasco gives up 14 runs and then retires 28 consecutive batters.

Twins win 15-14 in nine innings.

An obvious lie. There are only 27 outs in a nine-inning game.
