Game Thread: Twins @ Brewers, 4/21 @ 12:40pm CT

[70charger]

Hell of a day for Rosario too.

[LaBombo]

Looks like my earlier prediction will not come true.  Bullpen can't ruin this now.

[Brock Beauchamp]

Rosario's day is a good reason why we shouldn't get too hot and bothered about slow starts.

His average jumped from .178 to .245 today and his OPS jumped over 100 points.

You never, ever, ever, never say that....  http://www.allsmileys.com/files/smiley-central-communicate/5219.gif

[Danchat]

Today is an example of how this offense can be good. As I said back in the first game thread, there will be some ups and downs with our hitters.... I suppose the "ride" started with a very big drop.

[HitInAPinch]

Oh, please Murphy.  Anything, just anything......

[woolywoolhouse]

Eleven runners on base for John Ryan Murphy today. Plenty of chances to get that first Twins' RBI.

[Brock Beauchamp]

Murphy left 11 men on base today.

Ouch.

[Danchat]

Murphy has a LOB of 11...

[FunnyPenguin]

What's wrong with Murphy, he forgot to ground into a double play?

[Puckett34]

Oh, please Murphy.  Anything, just anything......

Well, you did say anything.  Should've specified

[James]

Move away from the desk for a few minutes and the Twins score another run.  I like that.

[Ultima Ratio]

Murphy needs some seasoning.  And, by "seasoning" I mean a season elsewhere.

[LaBombo]

Oh, please Murphy.  Anything, just anything......

Sure,  it's ugly now,   but once he gets the hang of The Force, he's totally going to rake...

[Willihammer]

Murphy 0-5, 11 men LOB.

That's gotta be sa record.

Is that what's going on, he's "batting" with his blast shied down?

[Cap'n Piranha]

Come on Buck, I want to get a good look at some Byung-Ho.

Wait a minute...

[Puckett34]

More walks than strikeouts.   Nice

That's gotta be a record.

So close

[Cap'n Piranha]

Who said they wanted Fien?

[LaBombo]

The record is 12.

If he broke it today, what else would we have to look forward to from him the rest of the season?

Sampson Dozier reminding us what he can do when his hair's PH balance is right.

Next time, could you hack TD Poster Dozier's Glorious Hair acct, and post this from his acct.  I think I would have liked it better coming from him........ unless you were to say you are his barber?  You must be his Barber.... carry on the good work sir.

And with that, we no longer have the worst record in baseball.... for today anyway.  Thank you Atlanta.
