Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Had my annual physical exam today. Doctor asked me why is my blood pressure so high? Maybe the Twins record is contributing to that… HarmonK03, Patzky and thelanges5 3

Hit his way out of rookie ball prior to trade. Looks like a draft prospect who goes in the pick no. 30-40 range. Take a look at Yovanny Durans numbers. Same league this year and younger. Just got moved to A ball after the trade deadline. He might be the better prospect of the two.
jaimedude Verified Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 With Ryan injured, looks like Matthews will be back soon.

There's not a lot of potential starters in A+ or AA let alone AAA that haven't already been added. Next year hopefully Abel and maybe by May/June Pablo is back but after that who? Kremer helps fill that gap.
Hubie29 Verified Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Looking at this lineup top to bottom, we sure could have used some reinforcements at the deadline. But, not to be. Patzky and Mike Sixel 2

HarmonK03 Verified Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 What is the fascination with playing Caratini at first. If you are going to play Clemens against lefties, keep the infield positions the same, If Keaschall is out because of injury then it makes more sense, but if not stop trying to so hard to get him in the lineup. His bat is not that strong that justifies it.

mrmpls Verified Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Bell hit his 1st Homer last night , its only been a month , all he does is make the Lineup and roster construction look foolish , Shelton is to loyal to him , wish him well but he is not gonna be any part of the future , HarmonK03 1

Hubie29 Verified Member Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Baseball is a funny game. Nothing special, nothing hard but 1-2-3 in the first.
