Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted yesterday at 04:07 PM Posted yesterday at 04:07 PM Not surprised. But I was hopeful that this team had a little more fight in them to stay in the playoff race. A series split wouldn't be the end of the world... Losing this one will take the wind out of their sails. Church of Kreidler, Mortimerkenny21 and Patzky 3

Saxophone Joe Verified Member Posted yesterday at 05:21 PM Posted yesterday at 05:21 PM Margin for error is gone. Gotta win these next two games then win 5 on the homestand. Or win 1 out of the next 2 and sweep the homestand. Nothing to it! 😬 I wanna go back to last Friday night at like 10 p.m. Permanent Twins Fan, Church of Kreidler and Patzky 3

HarmonK03 Verified Member Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago I really don't understand sitting both Buxton and Jeffers. I know Buxton just came off the IL, but DH him at least. You don't have to have Bell in the lineup. It is getting close to the time where the season is on the line in these two games if you truly think you are contenders. You need to win these two games and you need to have your best lineup in there. And I would prefer Kreidler at short vs. Caratini at first. Again the goal should be the best lineup you can field. It typically has been greeting with a warm blanket, a soft pillow, and a box of chocolates. Or the baseball version, a 6-7 innings, 2 hits, no run performance. ashbury, Patzky and Church of Kreidler 2 1
