He seems to have a consistent phrase uttered from Cory.  "Gray is the only Twin to not have a hit tonight."

He is one of three tonight.

I became a fan while living in Europe. One thing that stands out are the fans. You do not see fans leaving while the play is happening (none of this back and forth for concessions or even the bathroom) unlike Americans. For me, baseball is still #1. but some think it slow and like watching paint dry.

Yes but are they as positive and complimentary as baseball fans?

The new Out man.

Speaking of, Detroit is using him almost full time. 0-5 today, has popped a couple HRs, but on the year is striking out almost 50% of the time. There’s your Outman public service announcement.

I believe that we have seen enough proof that MLB umpires have no clue how to call balls and strikes.

Next year should be completely ABS on every pitch! Forget the silly tapping the hat….. pro tennis uses it with out much protest. MLB needs to welcome the 21st Century

I am a little surprised that Larnach is still in the game for defense.  He just batted in the 8th so he shouldn't be batting again in the 9th.  Fedko should probably be in the game right now.

But my tradition! If it was good enough for Ty Cobb it's good enough for these clowns! 😤

Interesting ad site is selling these days.

I definitely have opinions and mixed emotions about the ads I see on here. I do not feel a liberty to express those feelings. Swipe and move on I guess.

As much as I hate them still calling, I don’t think they don’t do the best a human can guess. There is just a much better tool to use now ….. for years.

Are you sure Fedko is even in the dugout?

He's happy to make the first out. You just never know though.

Nothing wrong with Larnach's defense, although he is much better in right field..

I'm not sold on full ABS until they cover the entire strike zone.  Currently, the ABS system just measures the pitch on a 2D plane in the middle of the plate.  I guarantee there are pitches that cover parts of the zone, but are out of the zone when measured by ABS.  Until they fix that, I'm ok with the current system.

Aimed for the eyeblack, woof.

I don't mind that eye black setup by Royce.  We have seen Willi have a similar one in the past.  It's the arrow-one that bothers me.  Reminds me of an old western where the Native Americans are colored up in ridiculous paint for the movie.
