You can log onto MLB.com or use the MLB app and listen to the radio broadcast. That's what I am going to do. I just won't be able to react to things like whether an ABS challenge is good or not or how bad the fielding is.

shimrod Verified Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Turned on MLB.tv and found I'm blocked. Rights have been sold to an alternate channel. Between "local" blackouts for teams hundreds of miles away from my home to spreading games across as many different broadcasters as possible the value of the MLB.tv subscription continues to plummet. That's even before you factor in the ineptitude of the team I follow. Dave Borton, Hunter4848 and USAFChief 3

Tough to fathom but let's split this series and take the season series against the Jays. Tie breakers ya know 🤣 Western SD Fan and Parfigliano 1 1
thelanges5 Verified Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Good news, bad news per Bobby Nightengale: Emmanuel Rodriguez, out with a left thumb strain, had a MRI that showed no fracture or ligament tears. He’s considered day to day, GM Jeremy Zoll said. David Festa, however, had a setback and reported more shoulder soreness after facing hitters yesterday. FlyingFinn, Patzky, David HK and 1 other 2 2

mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 i have Xfinity internet and get Peacock as part of it , sure wouldnt pay to see this ----sucks that Joe got injured !
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 I just don't see how today is going to go any better. Unfortunately, when a reliever comes in due to injury, he seems to get shelled since he is out of his routine and warming up on the mound instead of in the bullpen. Patzky 1
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Watching the throw he made and nothing looked unusual - and he simply called the staff out to the mound , very strange !!! Patzky 1

There are other sites where I need one too, really handy for any national or regional issues. There are free ones, but I got expressvpn a few years ago for a one-time fee, and it's been great on all devices. Church of Kreidler 1

Listening on the radio. Chris did say that he was wearing one of those heat and massage back wraps prior to the game. Their suspicion was that he reaggravated his back issue that he had in spring training. Patzky 1

David HK Verified Member Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Omg, Joe, say it ain't so!! I was at that game in Chicago a couple years ago when he went down and helped kill the twins season. Saw him throw that pitch and grab his arm, and I nearly died. 🙈 Patzky 1

Festa is looking more and more like a candidate that needs the Varland treatment and going to the bullpen whenever he comes back and then see whether he can stretch himself out in the offseason.
