I gotta say this and not everyone will agree ...

Hatch pitched and gave a hell of an effort working in and out of trouble,  maybe hes a good pitcher and can do that , i dont know ...

But because of his effort , and we are going to probably  lose  you got to tip your hat to himand saved some other arms  and give him the game ball ..

He took one for the team ...
