They are basically doing this with every pitcher now.  The Saints announcer a couple of weeks even commented that the Saints only have bulk pitchers, they don't have anyone to go just one inning in a save situation.

But remember Falvey is smarter than the rest of baseball, I see a World Series title in the very near future.
