What is the Attraction to Adams ?   not velocity - not strike outs -  league minimum salary is all i see ,- poor kid has never done much ,  i dont get it ?

I don't know either, hasn't shown much this year.

Adams might work as a one inning reliever with his stuff ramped up for short outings, but he's yet another "pipeline" member who isn't cut out to be a major league starter. And yet they continue to try to get these guys to work as starters when it is apparent that it won't.

We have seen why Brooks Lee is a third baseman the last couple of games (really all season). His athleticism just doesn't work at second base. Poor guy even hits better when he plays on the other side of the field.

Fortunately the Twins are going to score 10 runs today.

I wish him the best but I was at Target Field when he made his debut. I saw nothing to get excited about. Pitches sounded soft, contact hits sounded loud. As Terry Ryan said, somebody has to pitch the innings.

Doesn't matter when these pitchers come into the game ( starting or relief ),  it's the 5th inning jinx that seems to be the death of pitchers  ...

The "pipeline" is starting to look more like a garden hose with holes in it.

I wish I knew the answer for why I keep bothering with this so-called team year in and year out.  Stumbling, bumbling, and just general incompetence being exhibited through most games while seemingly just going through the motions does not make for anything close to an enjoyable viewing experience. 

Makes me glad that I decided beforehand to not even turn on this game.
