The Twins annual, end of the season grab bag auction is going to be revised.  Partially used bats, even with signatures, will not be included as part of the mdse.

Shouldn’t be hard to make the argument that you need the bat worse than the Twins hitter…which would make it effectively legal in Hennepin County.
