USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Pretty hard to watch. And it's not like they didn't have pitches to hit. Julien got 3 straight middle middle fastballs. Same for Kirilloff. Parfigliano and LewFordLives 2
RickOShea Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Doesn't anyone remember last year's regular season? We're only 7 (out of 162) games into the season wabene 1
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 All them fans spending hard earned $$ cash, im sure they expect better
Schmoeman5 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Ryan was solid. He got bit by the long ball again though. Still he kept them in the game. Now the bats need to wake up.

Treaded water for 3 months, but never fell far behind. Can’t assume a similar strong second half, especially with a seemingly stronger division, weaker rotation and less power hitters than ‘23
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 1 hit ---9 strikeouts, absolutely Thrilling, 4-20 time 😃
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Cleveland is begging the twins to do something. Or maybe they just know how bad we’ve been with Risp
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 really tough AB there, Jeffers.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 How do professional hitters have no idea how to change their swing with two strikes? Jeffers almost fell down Parfigliano 1
Schmoeman5 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Wallner may have been unhappy, but that's the only way he was getting on. Twins missing too many good pitches.
danielp19653 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Having the strike zone extended 8 inches in every direction with the twins inability to hit a beach ball is a bad combo mrtwinsfan 1
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Wow. who could have seen that coming?
Schmoeman5 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 And the shine is starting to wear off Castro too.

ChermesZ Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Castro needs to be released. You have to take the rotten toy from Rocco.
RickOShea Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 I can't remember seeing a line up that swings at pitches outside the strike zone and lets pitches in the strike zone go by, unchallenged. We need a batting coach who simply teaches these guys the strike zone, and when to swing.
Guest Guests Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 So glad the Pohlads “right sized” the business.… 🙄

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 I guess Kiriloff's ground ball triple was hit fairly sharply, but outside that I don't recall a single ball even hit hard by the Twins.
Hubie29 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 There CANNOT be a more inept lineup in the majors than the Minnesota Twins. Give me the Oakland A's for ******* sake!!
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 wow. not even close to out. But "we'll take it."* *hat tip Justin Morneau
