The inability of professional home plate umpires to call balls and strikes, frankly, surprises me. You literally have one job to do. I know it is tough, with lots of movement on pitches, but you are supposed to be the best of the best and are VERY well compensated.

It is very frustrating to watch Mr. Magoo behind the plate night after night.  Cuts both ways, but the last Texas series the stats were heavily skewed in Texas' favor.  I daresay tonight as well.
