men against boys today. I see Seattle scoring probably 13 or 14 runs against our overmatched pitching staff. I also see Twins fanning minimally 14 times. Had we been able to hold a late 4 run lead last night, this game wouldn't bother me at all. But two straight ugly games is not acceptable.

I hope Buxton took these 3 days and didn't even think about baseball.  I hope he concentrated on his personal life and cleared his mind.  Maybe use this as a fresh start for the final two months.
