He had runners on ahead of him that were waiting to see if a catch was made, if he passes 1 of them its an out.

So far, against 3 right-handed pitchers those bats are 0 - 13…with 1 BB and 6 K’s.

Thankfully the right-handed hitters have been fairly productive.
