notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 What happens if neither the pitcher nor the hitter are ready to play?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 JM swung at the first pitch out of the zone and takes strike three.
rwilfong86 Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Anyone would be better than Miranda at this point.

rwilfong86 Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Gonna be 0-2 in series in May, with the rest of the month looking daunting. Chicago and Cleveland were the 2 winnable series. This team will be well under .500 by June 1.
LewFordLives Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 I have the Cleveland feed. The announcers were remarking about what a beautiful curveball it was No it wasn't. It was a hanger and he just stood there.
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 I can honestly say the last two Twins teams have been amongst my least favorite teams to watch in all my 40 years. This shouldn't even be possible for a team that has spent the majority of the past two years in first place. But they're just so ... uninspiring and uninteresting.

They're a 3rd place team disguised as a division leader at the moment.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Gonna see a real MLB lineup with San Diego coming to town. Tatis, Machado, Soto, Bogaerts top 4. Ouch.

Playing in the worst division in baseball several years running helps. The front office lucked out, they should play powerball

Just a bunch of alternating pitch clock violations where someone eventually scores on four consecutive zero pitch walks. Of course each team would need to use five pitchers to accomplish this.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Gary Sanchez and sano, two guys who started last year are no longer in the game. Kind of says it all eh

Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 Yes, Pagan had the one horrific outing, But I find that I no longer cringe when he is brought in. Progress.
LewFordLives Verified Member Posted May 7, 2023 Posted May 7, 2023 If MLB is interested in cutting down the length of the games, they should just start Correa at 0-2.
